Chef Jonathon Sawyer
Jonathon Sawyer, one of the new chefs selected to curate the menu at Chefs Club through Spring 2013, was named a “Rising Star Chef” by Restaurant Hospitality magazine and has received national acclaim for The Greenhouse Tavern, a French and seasonally inspired gastropub and Noodlecat, a mash-up noodlehouse focusing on local ingredients and sustainability. Additionally, Chef Jonathon Sawyer will lead a cooking a class in Chefs Club restaurant beginning at 11am. Guests will be treated to Champagne and bites, while enjoying Chef’s engaging demonstration of some of his signature dishes.
