Each of the "Best New Chefs" selected for collaboration at Chefs Club by FOOD & WINE have been choosen based on their passion and unique culinary vision. The menu created will feature dishes with a seasonally inspired focus, with each chef bringing exceptional items to the table based on their experience and culinary expertise.
The chefs chosen to inaugurate the menu in the Summer of 2012 were James Lewis, George Mendes, Alex Seidel & Susan Zemanick.
The chefs chosen to collaborate on the new menu for the Winter of 2012/2013 are:
